North korea missile experiment

North korea is the country in south Asia which have a mental mentally disorder president named as "Kim Jung Un"

 This man is a great threat to world peace and a war lover . He is now basically against Americans . North Korea keep on making new missiles to make them strong and fear the world .
While on the other hand trump keep on increasing pressure on North korea to stop their nuclear programs . 
Here is one question 
How u can ask someone to stop this while u are doing the same???
Meanwhile North korea now fired a missile over Japan drawing fury 
 The  missile dropped in ocean near to Japan and there happened no damage

As we know there is no threats to America now because they are way powerful but North Koreans are making missiles and weapons at a high rate so they can be a super power sooner or later so everybody needs to be conscious about this matter and solve this
For me the only way to stop this is to send some military comondos to North korea and kill kin jong un secretly 
.. 
Otherwise it could be deadly dangerous and thousands of innocents will pay for this.
